How do we truly release stress and tension? This question has fascinated me so much that I wanted to pursue it as a career. It has become a central theme in my life I since I began this journey over 25 years ago, and I'm still passionate about supporting my clients in their personal endeavors.  How can we relieve pain and discomfort? How can we encourage muscles to truly let go? How can we bring a sense of lightness and ease to the body?  It takes time, patience, and understanding. That is the goal of my therapy and my treatments.
